We initially learnt about Santini Custom by their connection with Cycling Australia and then broadened through the State partnership with BikeSportz Imports. It was very easy to get started. From the outset the interaction has been collaborative and beneficial. The communication has been great and continuously focused on delivering a top-end product for the athlete. We worked conceptually with Santini in making our Victoria State representative jersey and cycling apparel contemporary and functional.

Together the designers came back with a great Corporate design as well as listening to our requirements for key features to be retained on a State level. The proofs really gave a clear indication of the final look and feel. The quality, based on user feedback is the most satisfying. We’ve taken the approach to start with a select range and build out from there. Overall the experience is more than comparable. We’ve been able to achieve tight delivery windows and appreciative of the patience and effort showed during the early stages of transitioning to a new supplier.
